The house has three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a fold-out daybed) as well as a downstairs room with a sofabed. One of the bedrooms has an extra study/sleeping loft (in addition to the double bed) with a bay view.

The bedrooms and living room have wide-plank douglas fir floors and the kitchen is tiled. All rooms have views of the woods and marsh. There is a new Jotul wood stove in the living room.

There is a full bath upstairs, and a half-bath downstairs (adjacent to the smaller bedroom).The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, new appliances and a gas stove. The basement has a washer and a dryer.

The bay beach at Old Wharf Point is within walking distance (about half a mile away), and ponds and ocean beaches (Lecount's Hollow and Marconi National Seashore) are a short drive away.

There is no smoking in the house, and no cats are allowed. Dogs are a possibility (extra security deposit required).
