• June and September 3-30: $1,700/week or $3,000 for 2 weeks.
• July 1-September 2: $1,900/week or $3,400 for 2 weeks

Monthly rates are negotiable. A 50% deposit is required to hold all reservations; the balance and a $500 security deposit are due at least one month prior to rental date. Summer reservations made prior to April 15 will receive a discount of $50/week. Credit cards or bank account debits can be used via PayPal (see link below).

Rentals are usually Saturday to Saturday (inquire about other times); arrival time is 3 p.m. and checkout time is 10 a.m.
